Already in the month May.  It amazes me how time runs past us.  It is also another tap on the soul showing us how time does slip away from our hands of time and serves as a stiff reminder that living right begins today and every day.

Wow, we are past the midpoint of April already.  Here is one last look at March's Scripture of the Month.

I love the Lord, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy.  Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.-Psalm 116:1-2

Meditate on that for a moment.

Scripture of the Month, February.

We are now in March, so here is one last look at February's scripture of the month. 

"I will lift my eyes to the hills--where does my help come from?  My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."-Psalm 121:1-2

Where does your help come from?  God is here for each of us, just waiting for the moment that we invite Him in our life.  Have you invited Him in yet?

Scripture of the Month

Every month I will continue to post a Scripture of the Month on the right hand column.  With January now almost gone for another year, please take time to reflect upon the Scripture of the Month.

I will not enter my house or go to my bed.  I will allow no sleep to my eyes, no slumber in my eyelids, till I find a place for the Lord.-Psalm 132:3-5

Those are such powerful words.  Saying those words brings accountability and joy to my life.  Where am I without our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ?  I am nothing without Him.  Thus I must keep him number one in my life.

As you venture off to do whatever it is you do, and as you read this column, know that God is with you and if God is with you who can be against you!
