So I kicked off "Workout November" with some football today. About two hours of football actually, followed with some food and then about the same amount of sleep. I awoke with a headache and a little sun tan. Those clouds and cool weather can be misleading for sure:-)
I was hoping to play again tomorrow, but it's looking less likely every moment that football will be happening tomorrow. That means tomorrow is either an off day, or I need to find another method of exercise.
