Probably my favorite meal up in Georgia was at the Linger Longer Steakhouse on the Ritz property. I did something I never do and ordered a Ribeye. I usually always get the filet, but I wanted to try something different and how can you go wrong with a pound of steak perfection cooked over a wood burning grill:-)
I also added on "Steak Rossini" which is pan seared Foie Gras, Black Truffle, and a Brioche Crouton. On the side I had some sweet corn grits. The meal was super rich, but I did a pretty good job on it:-) All that plantation air makes a man hungry:-)
