Ok, so I'm way behind on posting about my workout progress. I actually posted while I was away in Georgia, but for some reason the posts were lost. Regardless, this is where I am.
Day 10 was nothing more than some push-ups and light cardio. Nothing big, but again, something. Day 11 was a two mile run at a brisk pace. Day 12 was a four mile hike.
So I have four days left in the month and need to workout at least three of those days. I do have a roadblock. I'm feeling ill. It started two days ago with a sore throat and I woke up this morning at 5am not able to breathe. Medicine has been consumed and the neti pot is next. Hopefully I can make it through today and get to feeling better. If not, it's the doctor tomorrow.
