I'm going back to drinking more water, for real this time. I'm feeling like an unhealthy dude trapped in a slim dude's body. Not good.

So tomorrow I am picking up some BIOTA Spring Water. Why BIOTA? Well, the bottle decomposes in 12 weeks! That's cool and good for the earth. Thanks Mark Lee for the heads up on this one.

Jay Williams back in the league?

Jay Williams' dream of getting back to the NBA is finally back on track. Three years after his motorcycle accident Jason Williams, the former Duke star and draft pick of the Chicago Bulls, has signed a contract with the New Jersey Nets. The contract isn't guaranteed, but it does get him an invite to training camp and that's a step in the right direction.

ESPN HD so worth it

Yesterday I cancelled HBO. Entourage finished up another season a few weeks ago and I meant to cancel then, but didn't. It was time.

I replaced it with ESPN HD. This channel ROCKS! I got ESPN HD a year or so ago, but they didn't really have any programming besides SportsCenter in HD. I like the guys on SC, but who really cares if they are in HD or not. With ESPN now having Monday Night Football and shows like the Contender, ESPN HD is worth the money easily.

If you have an HDTV and like sports pony up and get ESPN HD. You'll enjoy.

Contender Final

Tomorrow at 10pm the Contender will finish up its second season naming someone as the new Contender. My pick from week one, Steve Forbes, is there and I predict still that he takes it all.

I think ESPN has done a great job on this show. I haven't missed a week and with just one more show to go, my Tuesday nights are going to be open. It seems that I have began to enjoy boxing more and more in the last year or so. I guess knowing that anything can happen on any night makes it exciting.

Tune in tomorrow night and watch "2 pound" Steve Forbes. He's the man!

Just watched Heroes

So I just finished watching the series premiere of Heroes and while I have seen most of the show on previews, I think I'm going to enjoy the show. NBC is re-airing the show tomorrow night at 9pm as well. Check it out.

Heroes...the next big show?

So tomorrow NBC kicks starts a brand new series called Heroes. I'm sure you've seen the teaser...a guy sitting at a desk who makes time stop then go backwards. Is this the next BIG show? I know I'll tune in to find out at 9pm tomorrow night.
