If you've ever told someone, "A car is a car," then you have NO IDEA what you're talking about!! I'm opinionated for sure, but this I know. A car isn't just a car!
I got to Birmingham last night and Hertz hooked me up with a brand new (104 miles) Mazda 6. It's silver and even has a spoiler. Other then that it sucks more than a Dyson Vacuum. As I merged onto the interstate I thought the poor car was going to blow up. By pressing my foot down on the peddle, I seemed to cause the young motor so much strain. It was like asking a smoker to run the 100 meters. They might finish the 100 meters, but it won't be pretty. The interior, handling, steering wheel and a trunk with no light (important when you are getting luggage out in the dark) all left me apprecaiting my car even more.
Granted that you might be able to get four of these for what a BMW 645ci will cost ya, but this car is far below my C230 Mercedes too. Far...far...far below.
Until proven otherwise, I continue to say that the only people who say, "A car is a car," are people who've never driven/owned a nice car.
My two cents. Peace!
